Be Here Now (1997)
Oasis turned the cover of Be Here Now into a deliberately extravagant rock-and-roll tableau: the band scattered around the grounds of Stocks House in Hertfordshire, a white Rolls-Royce sunk into the swimming pool, and an assortment of oversized props arranged by designer Brian Cannon and photographed by Michael Spencer Jones. The famous car began with Bonehead invoking the Keith Moon pool story; many of the other objects were chosen for visual effect rather than a hidden symbolic code.
