Abbey Road Studios opened in London in 1931 and became the most famous recording studio in the world. As EMI's flagship studio it hosted everything from classical sessions to the pop revolution, and it holds two of the most important catalogs in music: the Beatles recorded almost their entire output within its walls, and Pink Floyd built The Dark Side of the Moon there.
