Rockfield Studios
The Welsh farm where ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ was recorded
Rockfield Studios, on a working farm in Monmouthshire, Wales, is often called the world's first residential recording studio — bands lived on-site while they recorded. Queen cut much of A Night at the Opera there, including ‘Bohemian Rhapsody,’ and two decades later Oasis made (What's the Story) Morning Glory? within the same walls.
